f <br /> CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> a <br /> LA-01-31 <br /> Giuntoli <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No.LA-01,31 was approved by the San Joaquin County Community <br /> Development Department on June 6,2001,which is the effective date of approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified,all Ordinance requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> 4 <br /> approval, unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been filed with and accepted by <br /> This approval will expire on December 6, 2002, which is 18 months from the effective date of the County <br /> Surveyor. <br /> I. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Staff Contact: Jose Rubianes, 468-2193) <br /> a. APPROVAL: The Lot Line Adjustment recorded shall substantially conform to the Tentative Map <br /> dated May 9, 2001. <br /> b. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment"shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the lands to be <br /> exchanged shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared,stamped,and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer,qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land <br /> Surveyors'Act,or a Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> c. DEMOLITION PERMIT: The shed shown on the map to be removed shall be removed under permit . <br /> from the Building Inspection Division prior to recording the Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> 2.
