The second unit dwelling shall conform with <br /> all the requirements of the Local Health District and the <br /> County that are applicable to residential units in the zone <br /> in which the property is located; <br /> (i) Requirements for Mobilehomes. If the second unit dwelling <br /> is a mobilehome, the following additional requirements shall <br /> apply: <br /> (1) Additions. No permanent room additions shall be <br /> allowed, but patio covers constructed of the same <br /> materials as the mobilehome shall be permitted; <br /> (2) Skirting. Skirting constructed of the same materials <br /> as the mobilehome shall be installed; <br /> (3) Time Limit. The Second Unit Dwelling Permit shall be <br /> effective for not more than three (3) years. <br /> Applications for renewal shall follow the same <br /> procedures, be subject to the same requirements, and <br /> pay the same fees as a new application for a Second <br /> Unit Dwelling Permit; <br /> (4) Construction Standards. The mobilehome shall be <br /> constructed to meet the minimum standards of the <br /> National Manufactured Housing Construction and Safety <br /> Act of 1974 . <br /> BUILDING INSPECTION DIVISION <br /> 1. obtain a mobilehome installation permit. <br /> PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES <br /> 1. Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) under <br /> a permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division at the time of development. <br /> 2 . Demolition of all dilapidated structure(s) and removal <br /> of all demolition material from premises to an approved <br /> landfill site. <br /> 3. Destroy or properly seal the abandoned well(s) under <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division. ' <br /> 4 . Clean small pond on west side of 4331 Cherokee Road to <br /> prevent a health nuisance such as mosquitos. <br />
