Other Requirements may also apply. These Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1. The surface seal of the on-site well must be reparied to conditions specified in San Joaquin County <br /> Well Standards, Sections 4.10-4.10.1.4. <br /> 2. Nitrate/nitrite water sample must be collected fron the on-site well and analyzed by a State certified <br /> laboratory. The results must be submitted to P.H.S.-E.H.D. <br /> 3. Drainage pits near the well must be pumped out and destroyed by back filling with soil or rock to <br /> grade. San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-111-.6 and San Joaquin County Sewage <br /> Standards Section 3.6.2. <br /> 4. Open, pump, and backfill the septic tank, seepage pit or excavation under permit and inspection by <br /> the Environmental Health Division. (San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1110.3 & 9- <br /> 1110.4) <br /> 5. The final map and P.H.S. septic permit must show the exact location of the new septic system. <br /> 6. Construction of individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division is required at the time of development (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> 7. State on revised plans or improvement plans the maximum number of employees the sewage <br /> disposal system is being designed for and that the leach field area will be barricaded so it cannot be <br /> driven over, parked on or used as a storage area. This leach field area must be used for that specific <br /> purpose only and cannot contain any underground utility lines.
