Kasey Foley,REHS,Assistant Director <br /> PROGRAM COORDINATORS <br /> Robert McClellon,REHS <br /> Jeff Carruesco, REHS, RDI <br /> APRIL Willy Ng,REHS <br /> A Muniappa Naidu, REHS <br /> Michael Kith,REHS <br /> August 6, 2018 <br /> Jennifer Roque <br /> PO Box 664 <br /> Victor, CA 95253 <br /> RE: Nitrate Loading Study for 17386 Cherrywood St., <br /> Service Request SR0079389. <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has received and reviewed <br /> your Nitrate Loading study report dated July 6, 2018 and has found it meets the requirements of <br /> San Joaquin County and Code Title 9, section 9-1105.2 (d). <br /> SPECIAL COMMENTS: <br /> The results of the Nitrate Loading Study indicate the proposed two-bedroom mobile home addition <br /> on site has the potential to impact groundwater above the maximum contaminant level of 10 mg/L. <br /> The Study proposes utilization of an advanced water treatment product specifically designed to <br /> lower nitrates at point of discharge. <br /> In order to process building plans for the proposed residence, a Registered Engineer will need to <br /> submit plans for the proposed engineered design sewage disposal system designed to lower <br /> nitrates at point of discharge to our office. The fee will be based on the current schedule at the time <br /> of payment.
