Ordinance Requirements can not be modified. <br /> ZR-91--11 <br /> a. A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of the <br /> San Joaquin County Development Code has been performed an <br /> accepted by San Joaquin Public Health Services Environmental <br /> y Health Division. <br /> SU--91-17 <br /> a. The sewage disposal system shall comply with the rules and <br /> regulations of San Joaquin County prior to Improvement Pian <br /> approval. A percolation test and a sewage disposal area as <br /> determined by the percolation test are required for <br /> Environmental Health Division approval. A permit for the <br /> percolation tests from the Environmental Health Division is <br /> required. <br /> b. Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) under a <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division at <br /> the time of development. <br /> k <br /> c. A sewage disposal area as indicated by the septic tank <br /> suitability study and/or percolation tests must be shown for <br /> each parcel on the final subdivision improvement plans. <br /> d. The six new created parcels will require a percolation test <br /> f under permit prior to recordation of the final map. <br /> e. A septic system must be installed on each lot within the <br /> sewage disposal area upon construction of the residence.
