ORDINANCE NO. 4182 <br /> I <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDINOTHE ZONING MAPS OF SAN `,,,�AQUIN COUNTY IN <br /> ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 9-105.6 OF THE ORDINANCE CODE OF SAN JOAQUIN � ,_} <br /> COUNTY BY RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF CHRISMAN <br /> ROAD, APPROXIMATELY 1000 FEET NORTH OF LINNE ROAD, AS SHOWN ON THE n "; <br /> ATTACHED EXH[SIT"A" <br /> co <br /> WHEREAS, on November 21, 2002, the San Joaquin County Planning Commission CD <br /> considered this matter, and <br /> WHEREAS, on December 10, 2002, this Board of Supervisors did conduct a public hearing <br /> on said matter, notice of which hearing was given in accordance with law, and oral documentary <br /> evidence having been received in favor of or opposed to said matter, and this Board of Supervisors <br /> being advised on the premises; and <br /> WHEREAS, this Board of Supervisors approved a Negative Declaration as adequate to <br /> address the impacts of the proposed project; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of <br /> San Joaquin, State of Califomia, do ordain as follows: <br /> i <br /> SECTION 1. The Zoning Maps of the County of San Joaquin, as amended, is hereby <br /> further amended by reclassifying property from Rural Residential (R-R) to Residential-Very Low <br /> Density(R-VL), as shown on Exhibit"A"which is attached to, and made a part of, this Ordinance. I <br /> i <br /> SECTION 2. The Community Development Department Director shall revise the Zoning <br /> Map of the County of San Joaquin in accordance with Section 1 of this Ordinance. <br /> SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty (30) days after its <br /> adoption, and prior to the expiration of fifteen (15) days from the passage thereof, shall be <br /> published once (1) in the Stockton Record, a newspaper of general circulation published in the I <br /> County of San Joaquin, State of California, with the names of the members of the Board of i <br /> Supervisors voting for and against the same. <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors of the County of <br /> San Joaquin, State of California, on this le day of December, 2002, by the following vote of the <br /> Board of Supervisors, to wit: <br /> AYES: ORNELLAS, GUTIERREZ, SIEGLOCK, MARENGO, MOW <br /> NOES: NONE <br /> ABSENT: NONE VICTOR MOW <br /> VICTOR MOW, Chairman <br /> Board of Supervisors <br /> County of San Joaquin <br /> State of California <br /> ATTEST: LOIS M.
