(b) The one year warranty period to commence at acceptance of the W.W.T.P. 2. Developer to enter into a five(5)year O/M agreement with 7-H. The O/M agreement to run for five(5) consecutive years. O/M agreement to be approved by Public Works. 3. Costs of the 7-H O/M agreement to be added to the already completed assessment calculations and; (a) Be placed on the tax rolls at the earliest possible date.
