The project shall be served by a public sewer collection and treatment system <br /> constructed in conformance with the requirements of the Environmental Health <br /> Department and the Department of Public Works. A wastewater treatment plant <br /> study acceptable to Public Works and Environmental Health is required prior to <br /> approval of the improvement plans of any work within the site. (Development <br /> Title Section 9-1105.2). <br /> Now therefore, E.H.D.condition"D"will be satisfied when a brand is posted prior to <br /> recording. The balance of"D" is to be eliminated. Condition"E" and"Y' are eliminated. <br /> Re: Public Works Condition"0", all reference to E.H.D. is eliminated. <br /> After much discussion, it is now )Ti portant that the matters of acceptance and O/M.of the <br /> Linne W.W.T_P. are finalized. Assuming the W.W.T.P.is operating on back to back <br /> batches, (approximately 25 hrs.of waste water).Then: <br /> 1. (a) After three (3) consecutive monthly certified tests results setting out that the <br /> W.W.T.P.,is in compliance with R.W.QC.B. discharge requirements, Public Works <br /> will accept the system. <br /> (b) The one year warranty period to commence at acceptance of the W.W.T.P. <br /> 2. Developer to enter into a five(5)year O/M agreement with 7-H. The O/M <br /> agreement to run for five(5) consecutive years. O/M agreement to be approved by <br /> Public Works. <br /> 3. Costs of the 7-H O/M agreement to be added to the already completed assessment <br /> calculations and; <br /> (a) Be placed on the tax rolls at the earliest possible date. <br /> (b) Vacant lots to be charged 1/3 of the total assessment rate. ; <br /> Sin erely, <br /> W.
