A traffic study which evaluates whether the changed alienment of Lockheed <br /> Street meets the requirements of the Special Purpose Plan for vehicular and pedestrian circulation is <br /> required prior to revision of the Plan. <br /> 10. The driveways immediately adjacent to R.A. Bridgeford(Boeing) Street for Buildings E and F are too <br /> close to the intersection. The driveways shall be relocated to a minimum of 25 feet from the projected <br /> curb line or 10 feet from the curb return,whichever is greater. <br /> IL The layout of the driveway connecting to Lockheed Street at the west side of Building E is awkward <br /> with the narrow curved alignment, the loading dock and the two parking spaces creating vehicle <br /> conflicts. <br /> 12.
