Other Requirements may also apply. These Requ rements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. A qualified environmental professional shall prepare a surface and subsurface contamination <br /> report, identifying any potential source of surface or subsurface contart�ination caused by <br /> past or current land uses. The report shall include evaluation of nonpolnt source of <br /> hazardous materials, including agricultural chemical residues, as well as potential point <br /> uel storage tank <br /> sources, such as fs, septic systems, or chemical storage lareas. If the report <br /> indicates there is contamination, corrective action shall be taken as recommended in the <br /> report and concurred with by Environmental Health prior to issuance of the building permit <br /> (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-905.12(a)(c)). <br /> B. A soil suitability study,as required by Section 9-1105.2 (d) of the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, indicating that the area is suitable for a septic tank iystem must be <br /> performed prior to recordation of Parcel Map/or issuance of a building permit. A review fee <br /> of S 156.00 is required at time of submittal to the Environmental Health;Division. <br /> (ORD/EHD) <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel.
