A permit for the <br /> percolation tests from the Environmental Health Division is required (Ordinance <br /> Code Section 5-3001 , 5-3003 and 5-3013). <br /> b. Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) under a permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division at the time of development <br /> (Ordinance Code Section 5-3003). <br /> c.
