The design of the subdivision provides for access to adjacent areas designated for residential <br /> development. <br /> • This finding can be made because no adjacent areas are designated for residential <br /> development. <br /> PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br /> The applicant is proposing a vesting tentative map for a phased Major Subdivision of 160 acres to create <br /> 16 10-acre agricultural lots. Access to the site would be provided by Clements Road via internal roads <br /> that will be dedicated to the County and will provide public road frontage for each lot. Proposed services <br /> would be provided by septic systems, private wells, and natural drainage. <br />
