The applicant is <br /> proposing a phased, vesting tentative map. <br /> The Development Services Division has reviewed this project and <br /> offers the following comments: <br /> A preliminary soils report is required before this item can be <br /> heard by the Planning Commission. The report should be submitted <br /> to this Division prior to July 2 , 1992 . <br /> RECOMMENDED CONDITIONS IF APPROVED <br /> This approval will expire three (3) years from the date of <br /> approval unless; (1) all Conditions of Approval have been <br /> complied with, .and (2) a Final Map has been filed with and <br /> accepted by the Surveyor's Division. ' <br /> Those Conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory <br /> Requirement are based on Ordinance requirements.
