The applicant is <br /> proposing a phased, vesting tentative map. <br /> s <br /> The Development Services Division has reviewed this project and <br /> offers the following comments: <br /> RECOMMENDED CONDITIONS IF APPROVED <br /> This approval will expire three (3) years from the date of <br /> approval unless; (1) all Conditions of Approval have been <br /> complied with, and (2) a Final Map has been filed with and <br /> accepted by the Surveyor' s Division. <br /> Those Conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory <br /> j Requirement are based on Ordinance requirements.
