The sewage disposal system shall comply with the rules and regulations of San <br /> Joaquin County prior to Improvement Plan approval. A percolation test on each <br /> parcel and a sewage disposal area as determined by the percolation test are <br /> required for Environmental Health Division approval. A permit for the <br /> percolation tests from the Environmental Health Division is required (Ordinance <br /> Code Section 5-3001, 5-3003 and 5-3013). <br /> b. Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) under a permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division at the time of development <br /> (Ordinance Code Section 5-3003). <br /> c.
