The sewage disposal system shall comply with the rules and regulations of San Joaquin County prior to Improvement Plan approval. A percolation test on each parcel and a sewage disposal area as determined by the percolation test are required for Environmental Health Division approval. A permit for the percolation tests is required from the Environmental Health Division(Ordinance Cotte Sections 5-3001,5-3003,and 5-3013). b. Construct an individual sewage disposal system under a permit and inspection by the Environmental Heafth Division at the time of development (Ordinance Code Section 5- 3003). C. Construct an individual domestic water well under a well permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division at thc.:°me of development(San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 1862, Section 5-4100). 5. STATE DEPARTMENT OF FISH AND GAME: IL All heritage oafs trees shall be protected. No soil disturbance or compaction shall be allowed within 30 feet of the dripline of each tree. b. A 50-foot natural setback buffer shall be established on each side of Little Bear Creek within:the subdivision. This buffer shall not apply to any badge required for access to a site. C. A 100-foot natural setback buffer shall be established around the pond located between Lots 2 and 5. d.
