SU-92-8 -'OF JOHN B. <br /> SANDMAN ET AL (C/O R. W. SIEGFRIED AND ASSOCIATES) <br /> ------------------------------------------------------------------ <br /> This project . is a major subdivision with a to divide 160 acres <br /> into 16 ten-acre agricultural parcels. The applicant is <br /> proposing a phased, vesting tentative map. <br /> The Development Services Division has reviewed this project and <br /> offers the following comments: <br /> RECOMMENDED CONDITIONS IF APPROVED <br /> This approval will expire three (3) years from the date of <br /> approval unless; (1) all Conditions of Approval have been <br /> complied with, and (2) a Final Map has been filed with and <br /> accepted by the Surveyor' s Division. <br /> Those Conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory <br /> Requirement are based on Ordinance requirements. Ordinance <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1. DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DIVISION: <br /> a. The minimum gross lot area shall be not less than 10 <br /> acres (Section 9-4020. 1 of the Planning Title) . <br /> b.
