The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required when the parcels are developed. The <br /> fee is due and payable at the time of building permit application. The fee currently is <br /> $2,181.00 per single-family dwelling unit in the Lockeford area The fee shall be <br /> automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index <br /> as published by the Engineering News Record (Resolutions R-90.304 and R-91-1025). <br /> ii <br /> f. A$250.00 fee currently <br /> is required for processing, per Planning Title Section 9-10502, in addition to a copy of the <br /> Grant Deed,"legal descriptions of parcels with frontage on Clements Road, and an <br /> estimate for the required frontage improvements. The estimate and legal descriptions <br /> shall be prepared by a Registered Civil Engineer with a typical section drawing on a form <br /> to be supplied by the Department of Public Works and submitted to Public Works for <br /> approval. As an option, Public Works will prepare the drawing and estimate for an <br /> additional feeh of$100.00 (Planning Title Section 9-9135). <br /> h. Where the subdivision is to be recorded in phases, an adjustment to the improvements <br /> shall be made to provide for two-way traffic and for temporary cul-de-sacs to conform to <br /> County standards. <br /> _ I <br /> A PreliminarySoils Report is required in accordance with County standards for the <br /> purpose of determining the R-Value for the design of the roads (Planning Title Section 9- <br /> 9104). <br /> j. <br /> All utilities shall be underground except power transmission facilities of 35 KV or greater. <br /> }Public utility easements shall be provided along the road frontage of the subdivision and <br /> as required the public utility companies (Planning Title Section 9-9390). <br /> y <br />
