4 COMMENTS ON DEVELOPMENTS <br /> SU-92-8 4th REVISION <br /> 10. A Preliminaryi� Soils Report is required in accordance with <br /> the County Standards for the purpose of determining the <br /> R-Value for the design of the roads. <br /> (Planning Title Section 9-9104) <br /> r <br /> 11. All utilities,; shall be underground except power transmission <br /> facilities of:� a 35 KV or greater. Public utility easements <br /> shall be provided along the road frontage of the subdivision <br /> and as requirOd by the public utility companies. <br /> (Planning Title Section 9-9390) <br /> 12 . The subdivider shall agree to and shall pay service fees for <br /> the County provided utility services in an amount equal to <br /> the estimated 'Nfees for the period from the time the <br /> improvements are accepted until effective date of assessment <br /> on the tax roll. Deposit of fees shall be submitted at the <br /> time of acceptance of the facilities by the County. <br /> 13 . All traffic signs and markings shall conform to the Manual <br /> on Uniform Traffic Control Devices and San Joaquin County <br /> Standards, and shall be shown on the improvement plans. <br /> (Planning Title Section 9--9301) <br /> 6 <br /> 14 . Access rightsiMshall be dedicated and restricted for all <br /> Parcels along ;rthe frontage of Clements Road , with the <br /> exception of the existing access on Lot 11. <br /> (Planning Title Section 9-9168) <br /> ii <br /> 15 . The Bone CreekE Drive which is stubbed for future extension to <br /> the west willIrequire a temporary turnaround.
