SEIGFREID & ASSOCIATES)
Dear Tom:
Due to my ha ing to attend hearings on Wednesday, the 15th
of April, 1992 , Ikill not be able to attend the Development
Committee meeting held regarding the above mentioned application,
and I an therefore sending additional comments to you via this
communication.
it appears fkom reading the Staff Report to the Development
Committee that in!lthe filing of this application certain required
sections of the application were not completed as required in the
application processing plan.
1 . A soils report was apparently not included in the
application, lievidenced by comments made from Public Works in
item number 10 which states that a preliminary soils report
is required in accordance with County standards . This
particular requirement is listed as one of those in
submitting the application prior to the application being
considered complete.
2 . The Department of Public Health Services, Environmental
Health Division has responded by recommending a continuance
of this application until a soil suitability study has been
completed and accepted by the Environmental Health Division.
