The approximate 160-acre subdivision will contain <br /> 4 sixteen approximate 10-acre lots. Lots 2 and 11 contain <br /> residences, and itl1is not known to our firm whether they will <br /> remain or not. The residences on Lots 2 and 11 contain private <br /> wells, and an agricultural well is located in the approximate <br /> center of the site's we have assumed that construction on the <br /> individual lots will be limited to one single-family residence with <br /> one septic system per lot. A plot plan and vicinity map showing <br /> the approximate location of the subdivision site is presented on <br /> Plate I of this rep'lort. <br /> This report is to'f satisfy San Joaquin County requirements as <br /> described in Ordinance No. 3323 , Division 10, Chapter 2, Section 9- <br /> 10100, Item C. Our:iscope of services was outlined in our proposal <br /> dated December 3 , 1991. Our services were initiated based on your <br /> written authorization of December 30, 1991.
