' 1.0 INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT: <br /> ' 1.1 Description of Site: The project consists of one parcel totaling 197 acres. The project is in <br /> an agricultural community. The address is 9855 N Clements Road and zoned AG-40. The <br /> project parcel numbers are 065-150-13 and 065-150-14. <br /> Description of proposed development: The purpose of this project is to create three 40 acre <br /> ' parcels and a 77 acre parcel. <br /> 1.2 Parcel vicinity location map: (See Appendix). <br /> ' 1.3 Site map: (See Appendix). <br /> 2.0 PAST, PRESENT, AND PROPOSED FUTURE USES OF THIS SITE: <br /> 2.1 Discussion of Past,Present uses at the site to assess potential problems: The present owner, <br /> ' Bonner Mendez, has owned subject property for 10+ years. The past and present uses of the <br /> property have been for grazing land, hay production and walnuts. <br /> ' 3.0 EXISTING AND PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE SECTION: <br /> 3.1 Description of Existing on-site septic tank usage: The purpose of this project is to create <br /> ' three 40 acre parcels and a 77 acre parcel. Research revealed no permits on the project site. <br /> (See Appendix) <br /> ' 3.2 Site Septic Permit History: Research for on-site septic permits revealed no permits for this <br /> parcel. (See Appendix) <br /> ' 3.3 Discussion of On-site Repair History: There is no history of septic repair available for <br /> subject parcel <br /> ' 3.4 Description of Existing Septic Tank Usage in the General Area: Septic systems in the <br /> general area consists of what seam to be standard systems consisting of leach lines and seepage <br /> pits. <br /> ' 3.5 General area septic permit history (number/types/dates of permits, age of system, <br /> permit numbers, copies in report): In searching permits for septic systems in San Joaquin <br /> County Environmental Health Department records, the septic systems in this general area range <br /> in installation dates from 1973 to 2011. (Copies of permits are in index.) <br /> ' 3.6 Discussion of general area septic tank repair history: Repair history of the septic tanks in <br /> this area reveal that the leach lines and seepage pits have resulted in consistent unerring <br /> ' performance.
