The 100-year Flood Elevation will be <br /> approximately 12 feet NGVD. In addition, the existing San Joaquin <br /> County and City of Stockton Flood Insurance Studies, which delineates <br /> flood risks, floodplains, and floodway areas, are currently being <br /> reevaluated. The reevaluation is being conducted by the Federal. <br /> Emergency Management Agency, Region I', Building 105, Presidio of <br /> San Francisco, California 94239, telephone (415) 923-7185 . The <br /> reevaluation may delineate additional flood risks . The official flood <br /> maps are available for review at the Department of Public Works, <br /> 1810 East Hazelton Avenue, Stockton. These flood maps will be updated <br /> when the reevaluation process is completed. <br /> Clifton Court has an existing right-of-way width of 60 feet and a <br /> planned right-of-way width of 60 feet . ' <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS : <br /> 1 . Encroachment permit shall be required for work within road <br /> right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145 . 4) <br /> 2 .
