Collierville Road, Acampo <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as pertinent to this <br /> project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also apply. Ordinance Requirements can <br /> not be modified. <br /> a. A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Code must be performed prior to recordation of final map or letter <br /> of approval indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank usage (San <br /> Joaquin County Planning Title Section 10100). <br /> b. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical <br /> Dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and nitrates prior to recordation of the Final <br /> Map. Samples are to be taken and run by a State-approved lab. (Planning Title <br /> Section 9-10100-05). <br /> C. The well must be repaired under permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Division (San Joaquin County Ordinance 1862, Section 5-4100) as <br /> follows: The well discharge pipe must be plumbed over the top of the <br /> standpipe and have twice the diameter of the discharge pipe air gap from top <br /> of the stand pipe, or install San Joaquin County approved backflow valves. <br /> d. The Environmental Health Division recommends public water for this <br /> application. <br /> 1 . Developer may install individual private wells for each lot on an interim <br /> basis, and they shall be constructed in accordance with Environmental <br /> Health Division requirements. <br /> 2. Individual wells shall be installed according to the Environmental Health <br /> Division's requirements and shall contain a minimum of 100 feet grout <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services 0 <br />
