Potable public water (County Service Area) shall be required for all <br /> residential dwellings within the boundaries of the new RR zoning in this <br /> geographic area of the 2010 General Plan, but excluding lots of record <br /> that existed prior to the approval of 2010 General Plan. <br /> 4. Conditions, Covenants, and Restrictions shall be established and <br /> recorded to inform property owners that individual wells were approved <br /> on an interim basis only and that property owners will have to connect <br /> to the public water system when it becomes available. <br /> 5. The County shall initiate the formation of a County Service Area to be <br /> approved by the Local Agency Formation Commission, which shall <br /> become operative when the public water system is in place. <br /> 6. At the time of the Board of Supervisor's acceptance of this County <br /> Service Area, all required public water connections to these new created <br /> subdivisions will require to install an approved backflow prevention <br /> device on each separate lot containing an individual well. <br /> e. Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) on parcels #3 and #4 under <br /> a permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division at the time of <br /> development (Ordinance Code Section 5-3003). <br /> f. Construction of an individual domestic water well on parcels #3 and #4 under <br /> a well permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division at the time <br /> of development (San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 1862, Section 5-4100). <br />
