Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements can not be modified. <br /> a. A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of the <br /> San Joaquin County Development Code must be performed prior to <br /> t vindicating that <br /> the area is suitable for septic tank usage. As part of the <br /> soil suitability the' existing irrigation wells (both wells) <br /> must be tested for Title 22 , CCR (Safe Drinking Water Act) . <br /> b. Destroy or properly seal the abandoned well (g) under permit <br /> and insnection by the Environmental Health Division. <br /> t <br /> C. open, pump, and backfill the septic tank, seepage pit or <br /> I excavation under permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health DivisiQn. <br /> d. Connection to an approved public water supply system is <br /> required. <br /> l 1. Test well will be required to meet the following: <br /> a. Water quality tested to meet Title 22, CCR (Safe <br /> f <br /> Drinking Water Act) , requirements. <br /> b. Water quantity tested to show an adequate source. <br /> C.
