State law requires that <br /> land uses within airport areas of influence conform with the Airport Land Use Plan <br /> (ALUP). <br /> The applicant submits a deviation application to allow the reduction of the <br /> minimum parcel size from 2 acres to ± 1 .94 acres; and a Major Subdivision <br /> application to divide a 15-acre parcel into seven 1 .95-acre lots. The project site is <br /> located on the south side of Collier Road, one-half mile east of Lower Sacramento <br /> Road, Collierville (3128 E. Collier Road, Acampo). <br /> The site falls with Lodi Lind's Conical Zone, according to the enclosed GIS map. <br /> There are few land use restrictions necessary in the Conical zone. However, new <br /> residential land uses must have an avigation easement recorded in favor of the <br /> airport. In addition, occupied structures must be soundproofed to reduce interior <br /> noise to 45dB according to State guidelines.
