INTRODUCTION <br /> Our office has been retained by Ryan Voorhess of CRV 1 <br /> Enterprises to perform a soil suitability study for his property <br /> located at 3128 E. Collier Rd. , Acampo, California (APN 005-040- ; <br /> 10) . The purpose of this study is to determine the suitability of <br /> the property for septic tank usage in light of the proposed <br /> development. This study was performed according to the <br /> requirements of Section 9-1105 .2(d) of San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title. This report presents the results of our study. <br /> II . PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT <br /> The area where the property is located is currently zoned RR65 <br /> General Plan, for rural-residential. The subject property consist <br /> of a rectangular shaped 15 acre parcel located on the south side of <br /> Collier Rd. It is proposed to divide the property into 7, 2 acre <br /> parcels with an access road constructed down the middle (see the <br /> attached Tentative Subdivision Map prepared by Mohte K. Seibel - <br /> Land Surveyor) . There is one existing homesite on the property <br /> which will remain as parcel 2. The homesite consists of a house, <br /> garage, 2 barns, and a shed. The remaining 6 parcels will each <br /> have new homesites on them. <br /> III . PRESENT AND PAST USE OF THE SITE i <br /> The site is currently vacant but was recently used as <br /> irrigated horse pasture. The property has been used as irrigated <br /> horse pasture for the past 10 years. Prior to that it was used as <br /> irrigated pasture for dairy operations. <br /> i <br />
