A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of the <br /> C San Joaquin County Development Code must be performed prior to i <br /> indicating that <br /> the area is suitable for septic tank usage. As part of the <br /> soil suitability the' existing irrigation wells (both wells). <br /> must be tested for Title 22 , CCR (Safe Drinking Water Act) . <br /> ��. Destroy or properly seal the abandoned well (s) under permit <br /> and iinn �� <br /> �spectio�n b the Environmental Health Division. <br /> C. Open, pump, and backfill the septic tank, seepage pit or <br /> excavation under permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health k <br /> th Divisipn. � <br /> d. Connection to an approved public water supply system is <br /> required. —�- <br /> 1. Test well will be required to meet the following: <br /> a.
