Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot',he <br /> modified. <br /> A. Environmental Health Department requires a soil suitability/nitrate loading study <br /> incorporating the proposed number of staff and expected customer use, indicating that the <br /> area is suitable for septic tank usage. This must be performed prior.to issuance of building <br /> permits (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d))_ A nitrate loading <br /> study is required, and a review fee of$465.00 must be paid at time of submittal,tg <br /> Environmental Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is req aired for each parcel. A permit fee of$93.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> B. State on revised site plans the maximum number of employees the sewage disposal system is <br /> being designed for. In addition, show on revised plans that the leach field area will be <br /> I barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on, or used as a storage area. This leach field <br /> area must be used for that specific purpose only, and it cannot contain any underground <br /> utility lines (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). The site plan <br /> shall demonstrate adequate size commercial septic system and the 100%replacement.area as <br /> required by the San Joaquin County Sewage Standards_ <br /> 4 NOTE: The proposed mini storage area may be needed to satisfy this condition. <br /> t <br /> I <br />
