Other requirements nlay also apply. These requirements cannot bi <br /> modified. <br /> A. Enviromnental Health Depatiment requires asoll suitability/nitratc loading study <br /> incorporating the proposed number of staff and expected customer use, indicating that the <br /> area is suitable for septic tank usage. This must be perlbrmed prior to issuance of building <br /> permits(San Joaquin County Development Title,Section 9-1105.2(d))- A nitrate loading <br /> study is required,and a review i"ce of$465.00 must be paid at time of submittal to. <br /> Environmental Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply%kith the onsite sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual Of <br /> septic tank practice or E.F.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is req-iired for each parcel, A permit fee ol'$93.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> B. State on revised%itc plans the maximum number of employees the sewage disposal system Is <br /> being designed for- To addition, show on revised plans that the leach field area will be <br /> barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on,or uscol as asaoragc area. This leach field <br /> area must be used for that specific purpose only,and it cannot contain any underground <br /> utility lines(San Joaquin County Development Title,Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). The site plan <br /> shall demonstrate adequate size commercial septic system and the 100%replacement area as <br /> required by the San Joaquin County Sewage Standards. <br /> NOTE- The proposed midi storage area may be needed to satisfy this condition. <br />
