The frontage improvements for Collier Road shall be constructed in conformance with the <br /> standards for one-half of a sixty(60)foot right-of-way local commercial street. The construction <br /> of the frontage improvements will be deferred,upon execution by the owner of a Secured <br /> Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement Agreement with a deposit equivalent to their . <br /> f estimated construction costs prior to approval of the Parcel Map. (A$410.00 fee currently is <br /> I required for processing per Development Title Table 9-240.2 in addition to a copy of the Grant <br /> Deed and an estimate for the required frontage improvements. The estimate shall be prepared by <br /> a Registered Civil Engineer with a typical section drawing on a form to be supplied by the <br /> Department of Public Works and submitted to the Department of Public Works for approval. As <br /> an option,the Department of Public Works will prepare the drawing with estimate for an additional <br /> fee of$175.00.) (The fee due will be based on the current fee schedule.) <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1150.2(4)(3)) <br /> 4. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and <br /> payable at the time of building permit application. (The fee currently is$174.39 per additional daily <br /> trip-end generated in the Lodi.area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by <br /> the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record.) <br /> (Resolutions 00-433) <br /> 5. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. <br /> 6. Verification shall be obtained from the Solid Waste Division(468-3066)that this development has <br /> met the requirements of the Waste Plan Format for Development Projects. Final Site Plan is <br /> required upon submittal of verification. <br /> 7.
