The subject property was rezoned from RR-100 (Rural Residen- <br /> tial, 100 , 000 sq. ft. minimum lot size) to C-1 (Neighborhood <br /> Commercial) by the Board of Supervisors on April 16 , 1987 . <br /> ' This rezoning will become effective on May 18 , 1987 . <br /> 2. The proposed gasoline sales is considered accessory to the <br /> existing grocery store. As such, and as part of the Use <br /> Permit, the Planning Division will recommend conditions re- <br /> lative to parking and signage (see below) . <br /> 3 . It may be necessary to merge parcels or to purchase additional <br /> land to accommodate the existing and proposed uses including <br /> parking, well to septic separation, and leach field expansion <br /> area. <br /> r <br /> Recommended Conditions: <br /> 1. Designate a minimum of 16 parking spaces (including one handi- <br /> capped space) on the Improvement Plan. <br /> 2 . Other than signs located on the building, signage shall be <br /> limited to one double-faced free standing sign not to exceed <br /> 32-square feet per side.
