<br /> Ilghling,signs or Iiia emission of sounds, noises and vibrations.
<br /> • The Homo Occupation shall not result In any change In ilia occupancy group of Ilia structure,as defined by the Uniform
<br /> Building Code.
<br /> + All employees shall bo.members of Ilia resident family and shall reside on(lie premises.
<br /> • There shall be no sale of merchandise on Ilia premises.
<br /> • Pedestrian and vehicular traffic will be limited to that normally associated with resldenllat districts;.
<br /> • The Homo Occupation may involve the use of a commercial vehicle, not to exceed 10,000 pounds gross weight or a single
<br /> vehicle Ilmouslne service.
<br /> Up to twenty-five percent(25%) of the living space, or two hundred ility (250) square[eel,whichever Is lesser,of Ilia home
<br /> may be used for Ilia Homo Occupation and any related storage of materials and supplies.
<br /> • Thera shall be no outdoor storage of materials or equipment, no storage of toxic or hazardous materials,Including
<br /> ammunition and gunpowder,nor shall merchandise be visible from outside the home.
<br /> • The Homo Occupation shall be confined withln Ilia main building. A detached garage shelf be considered as part of Ilia
<br /> main building, Further,when conducted In a garago,Ilia Home Occupation shall not eliminate the use of Ilia garage as a
<br /> parking space for a car.
<br /> • The use of utilities and community facilities shot]be limited to that normally associated with Ilia use of the property for i
<br /> residential purposes. I
<br /> • Thera shall be no pubtlo advertising which calls attention to the fact that Ilia home Is being used for business purposes.
<br /> Telephone listings shall not Include the home address.
<br /> • Electrical or mechanical equipment which creates visible or audible Interference In radio or television receivers,or causes
<br /> fluctuations In line voltage outside the dwelling unit, is prohibited.
<br /> • Tho granting of any home occupation permit is valid only Insofar or,there are no CC&Cis (Covenants,Conditions and
<br /> Raslrlctlons) applicable to the property that would otherwise prohibit Ilia use.
<br /> The applicant shall secure a County Business License and any other required permits prior to commenclnq business.
<br /> NOTE: The Planning Director may void any Home Occupation permit for noncompliance with Ilia conditions.
