Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable. <br /> a. A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of the �3 <br /> San Joaquin County Development Code must be performed prior to <br /> application approval indicating that the area is suitable for <br /> septic tank usage. A permit for the percolation test is <br /> required from the Environmental Health Division. <br /> b. The sewage disposal system shall comply with the rules and <br /> regulations of San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 549 prior to <br /> Improvement Plan approval. A percolation test and a sewage <br /> disposal area as determined by the percolation test are <br /> required for Environmental Health Division approval. A permit <br /> for the percolation tests from the Environmental Health <br /> Division is required. <br /> C. A sewage disposal area as indicated by the septic tank <br /> suitability study and/or percolation tests must be shown for <br /> each parcel on the final subdivision improvement plans. A <br /> minimum of 15, 000 sq ft of sewage area must be shown for each <br /> parcel ori the final improvement plan. This leachfield area <br /> must be used for that specific purpose only, and cannot be ! <br /> driven over, parked on, used as a storage area, or contain any 1 <br /> underground utility lines. <br /> I�d. Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) under a � <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division at <br /> the time of development. <br /> e.
