The applicant is proposing <br /> to subdivide the parcel into 8 industrial parcels and 1 utility <br /> parcel for a storm drainage pond. This project is within the urban <br /> center boundaries of Manteca. The proposed project fails to meet <br /> some of the development requirements and they are mentioned below. <br /> Development service requirements for subdivisions in urban centers <br /> with incorporated area are as follows: <br /> ° Sewage disposal will require connection to an existing <br /> public wastewater treatment provider. <br /> Water supply will require connection to an existing <br /> public system. <br /> ° Storm drainage will require connection to a -public <br /> terminal drainage system approved by the Department of <br /> Public Works, <br /> The map submitted for this subdivision shows 60 foot right-of-ways. <br /> The Planning Title requires 84 foot right-or-way for industrial <br /> streets. <br /> Other than the above deficiencies this project does appear to be <br /> consistent with the General Plan and zoning requirements. <br />
