This J <br /> approval will expire on September 12, 2002, which is 18 months from the effective date of <br /> approval, unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of <br /> Survey has been filed, if required by the Land Surveyors'Act. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance Requirements shall be complied with prior to <br /> approval of a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Contact Staff: Chandler Martin, 468- <br /> 3144) <br /> a. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A "Notice of Lot Line Adjustment"shall be recorded <br /> prior to conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the lands to <br /> be exchanged shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the <br /> Community Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped and <br /> signed by a Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of <br /> the Land Surveyors'Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> b. APPROVAL: The Notice of Lot Line Adjustment, and the record of survey, if required, shall <br /> conform to the site plan dated February 1, 2001, with the following exception: <br /> The southwestern 50-foot wide leg of parcel 5 shall be widened or narrowed so that the <br /> eastern boundary of that leg will follow an existing property line. <br /> 2.
