Based on the depth to ground water in the area, and the size of the proposed parcel,
it is our opinion that the continued use of the existing septic system, or the replacement of
the system should it be required, does or should not adversely affect the quality of the
gi ound water in the area. Any replacement system should be properly designed and
installed.
VIII LIMITATIONS
The conclusions of this report are based on the information provided regarding the
proposed parcel split and existing septic system, the present and past use of the subject
property, and the site conditions as they existed at the time we excavated our test pit and
performed the percolation test. It was assumed that the test pit and percolation tests results
are representative of the subsurface conditions in the general area.
Our professional services were performed, our findings obtained, and our conclusions
proposed in accordance with generally accepted engineering principles and practices. This
warranty is in lieu of all other warranties either expressed or implied. Test findings and
statements of professional opinion do not constitute a guarantee or warranty, expressed or
implied.
RpFESS Very truly yours,
o.ANOF eyG'
V.
C 00444619 ~ft
NEIL O.
