PA-04-75 (MS) <br /> Page 2 of 2 <br /> 9 The well must be repaired under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Department(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.4(e))as follows: <br /> • Agricultural discharge pipes utilizing an air gap for back-flow prevention shall maintain <br /> an air gap equal to the size of the discharge pipe, but not less than 6 inches. The <br /> discharge pipe shall also have two '/4 inch slits extending 6 inches from the bottom of the <br /> pipe and opposite each other or a back-flow device approved by San Joaquin County must <br /> be installed. <br /> The applicant is required to uncover the last leach line for the septic system on proposed <br /> r 1,� Parcel #2 that is the farthest from the home. A consultation fee is required to be submitted to <br /> �+ the Environmental Health Department for the field activity at time of request. <br /> Ito NOTE: Permit #08279 dated October 14, 1980, suggests that the proposed property line for <br /> Parcel #2 should be greater than 60 feet from rear of home. <br /> F. Construction of individual sewage-disposal-systems) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil <br /> Suitability Study findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9- <br /> 1110.4). <br /> G.
