Soil contamination was identified during these removal activities, and the San <br /> Joaquin County Environmental Health Division (County) has made numerous requests to you to <br /> submit a plan of work to investigate the extent of this contamination. Based on your failure to <br /> submit the required plan of work, the County has referred the site to the Regional Water Quality <br /> Control Board for regulatory oversight and enforcement. All parties addressed above are listed as <br /> responsible parties for this site. <br /> By 30 March 2001, submit a status report including site background, current site use, and a <br /> summary of all activities completed to date to investigate the extent of petroleum hydrocarbon <br /> contamination at this site. <br /> The status report must also include a complete list of all record owners of fee title.
