Recommendation: The Fund recommends that the San Joaquin County LOP <br /> direct the Responsible Party to assess remedial technologies and implement <br /> active remediation to achieve Water Quality Objectives in a timely manner. In <br /> addition, the Fund recommends that the Responsible Party conduct regular <br /> monitoring and upload all data to Geotracker.
