(ATC) for the above referenced site.
The data in First Quarter 2005, which includes the well installation report for monitoring
wells MW-7 and MW-8, appears to delineate the plume of dissolved contaminants and
indicate that the site may be ready for closure consideration. In addition to the normal
suite of analyses, EHD requests that during the next quarterly groundwater monitoring
event, that natural attenuation parameters be collected and that the domestic well onsite
be sampled to analyze for the contaminants of concern. The natural attenuation
parameters should be collected utilizing purging and sample collection techniques to
optimize data quality. The natural attenuation data is being requested as a backup to the
primary contaminant data to provide additional support for the anticipated closure request.
Please notify EHD at least 48 hours prior to initiating any fieldwork. If you have any
questions or comments you may contact Nuel Henderson at (209)468-3436.
Donna Heran, REHS, Director
Environmental Health Divisi
Nuel C.
