Box 944212
Sacramento, CA 94244-2120
RE: Property, 7675 W. 11th Street, Tracy, CA.
Dear Mr. Deaner:
i
This is in answer to your letter dated March 29, which I received
yesterday (4-4-95). Following is a short review of the cleanup activity.
I received a letter from the San Joaquin Public Health Services dated
March 7, 1994, stating they reviewed the analytical results of the soil
and water taken from beneath the tanks in 1986 and felt the
contaminants exceeded the allowable limits and recommended further
investigation.
i
I went to see Margaret La9orio and she explained the S.W.R.C.B. clean up
i
fund and suggested I make application and that there was a long waiting
the-application-April-25, 1.994-.-I-checked-with Margaret
Lazorio Dec. 2, 1994, to learn the status of my application. She referred
me to Barbara Andersen and on Dec. 5 1 learned my application was
approved.
i
I had pending surgery so lost a little time. I received a list of approved
consulting firms. I got one in Sacramento but they went out of business.
I got a bid from Escalon. After the bid, I talked with Jim Munch in
Sacramento. He said the projected o'ected work was OK but,I should get the price
