Workplan Preoaration Permitting and Scheduling <br /> This task includes reviewing PHS/EHD files i for background information, preparing a <br /> workplan for PHS/EHD review and approval,preparing a site safety plan,obtaining necessary <br /> permits from PHS/EHD, scheduling field personnel and equipment, locating underground <br /> utilities,and performing any other necessary field preparation and job startup activities. <br /> Task 2: Installation of Three Groundwater Monitoring Wells <br /> This task includes mobilization to the site, advancing three soil borings and completing them <br /> as monitoring wells,and collecting soil samples. <br /> Three borings will be advanced to depths of approximately 30 feet using 10-inch O.D.hollow <br /> stem augers.
