To speed things along, I have directed that a permit application be submitted to destroy the wells. Cardno
must state on the permit application the method proposed to destroy the wells. The EHD will review the well
destruction proposal submitted on the permit application and if the proposed methods do not meet the San Joaquin
County Well Standards, then the permit application will be revised by the EHD and the permit will be issued,
contingent upon the modifications made on the:permit application by the EHD.
The EHD will notify the State Board once:the actions listed in your email below have been completed.
Vicki McCartney, Senior REHS
San Joaquin County
Environmental Health Department
1868 East Hazelton Avenue
Stockton, California 95205
Phone: (209)468-9852
Email: vmccartneyCa)_sicehd:com
/>
s
From: Cullen, Pat@Waterboards [mailto:Pat.Cullen@waterboards.ca.gov]
Sent: Friday, July 11, 2014 9:10 AM
To: Vicki McCartney [EH]; Adrienne Ellsaesser [EH]
Subject: FAYETTE MANUFACTURING CORP(T0607700095) case #: 2233 CUF Claim #: 8590
1 see there has been well destruction activity at this Site since the Final Closure Order was issued on
4/7/2014.
