CY <br /> Chronology <br /> 10848 Copperopolis Rd., Stockton <br /> Page 2 <br /> October 15, 1998 <br /> PHSIEHD sent a letter to all the responsible parties requiring a Work Plan for lateral and <br /> vertical contamination investigation at this site be submitted by November 16, 1998. <br /> February 16, 1999 <br /> PHS/EHD sent a letter to all the responsible parties giving 14 days to submit a Work <br /> Plan and warning that formal enforcement action by the District Attorneys office may be <br /> requested if the work plan is not submitted. <br /> May 24, 1999 <br /> PHSIEHD sent a letter to the Janet Wisecarver and Poelstra Family Trust <br /> representatives requesting their attendance to a meeting at the PHSIEHD office to <br /> discuss their noncompliance. The Jee Family Trust address was incorrect. <br /> June 8, 1999 <br /> An office meeting was held at PHSIEHD. Mr. Poelstra was the only responsible party <br /> representative present. Mr. Poelstra does not believe he is responsible for the <br /> contamination and does not plan to have any corrective action performed at this site. <br /> Janet Wisecarver did not appear at the meeting. A fax was received from Attorney <br /> Charles Hastings stating that Wisecarver did not need to attend the meeting because <br /> she had filed Chapter 7 bankruptcy. <br /> July 30, 1999 <br /> An office meeting was held at PHSIEHD. Mr. and Mrs. Jee came to the meeting. They <br /> said they gave Stockton Mortgage money to invest and don't know anything about the <br /> property. They felt Stockton Mortgage should solve the problem and will contact <br /> Stockton Mortgage Co. <br /> August 4, 1999 <br /> This case was referred to the San Joaquin County District Attorney's office for <br /> enforcement. <br /> February 23, 2001 <br /> Further investigation has not occurred at this site. The site has not been tested for <br /> MTBE. Case is referred to CVRWQCB for enforcement action. <br /> u <br />
