The Study describes a proposal to divide a 6.34 acre parcel into one 3.17 acre parcel and one <br /> 3.34 acre parcel. The tentative map is consistent with the application for minor subdivision <br />�4 <br /> 4.2 & Section 4.4 describes groundwater contamination above the MCL (48.5 mg/L NO3). Section 4.2 <br /> 4.4 indicates that "concerns are deemed low due to depths involved." However, in Section 4.4 there is <br /> noted concern with regards to "notification of residents as well as possible treatment regarding <br /> elevated levels of nitrates." These Sections contradict each other. <br /> 4.3 There is no discussion of well construction. <br /> 5.4 The percolation test results indicate a shallow rate of 60 minutes/inch. This rate is at the upper limit <br /> for a passing percolation and will not be considered a"good rate." <br />{ <br /> 6.3 & On page 3, 6.0 PERCOLATION TEST INFORMATION SECTION, the study states "On April 29, <br /> 6.4 2005 at 7:30 a.m. the 24 hour presoak period was started." Was the test conducted the same day? <br /> In addition, the inspector signed off the test results on April 28, 2005.
