s <br /> c <br /> r <br /> r <br /> 1.0 INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT: <br /> 1.1 Description of Site: The project consists of one parcel located at 14701 Copperopolis Rd., <br /> Stockton, California. The project is in a farming and rural residential area. It is zoned f <br /> AG-40. The project parcel number is APN 105-040-19. There is one home and shed on it. k <br /> 1.2 Description of proposed development: The purpose of this project is to divide this <br /> C.4+acre site into two parcels, one.3:6± acre parcel and one 3.8:� acre parcel. <br /> 1.3 Parcel Location Map: (See Appendix). <br /> 1.4 Site Map: (See Appendix). <br /> 2.0 PAST, PRESENT, AND PROPOSED FUTURE USES OF THIS SITE: <br /> 2.1 The present owner, Janet E. Smythe has owned the property for more than 20 years. For the <br /> past 20 years, this has been a homesite and the future use is to remain a homesite and make the <br /> other parcel a homesite also. <br /> 3.0 EXISTING AND PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE SECTION: <br /> 3.1 Description of Existing on-site septic tank usage: The purpose of this project is to create <br /> an additional homesite parcel from an existing single homesite parcel. Once the parcel is <br /> developed for a home, a septic system will be required and built based on the San Joaquin <br /> County requirements. There is one septic system on Parcel 2. Permits were researched and <br /> illustrate this fact. <br /> 3.2 Site Septic Permit History: Research for on-site septic permits revealed 4 permits for this I <br /> I <br /> parcel and copies are in the Appendix. <br /> 3.3 Discussion of on-site septic repair history: Septic permits have been issued, some history <br /> of septic repair is available and copies are in the Appendix.. <br /> i <br /> 3.4 Description of Existing Septic Tank Usage in the General Area: Septic systems in the <br /> general area consist of what seem to be standard systems consisting of leach lines and seepage <br /> pits. (See permits in appendix). <br /> 3.5 General Area Septic Permit History: In researching permits for septic systems and San <br /> Joaquin County Environmental Health Department records, the septic systems in this general <br /> area were built between 1965 to 2004.
