Copperopolis Road, Linden <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. The Environmental Health Department requires a soil suitability study incorporating <br /> proposed staff and customer use,indicating that the area is suitable for septic system usage. <br /> This must be performed prior to recordation of Parcel Map (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A review fee of$190.00 must be paid at time of <br /> submittal to the Environmental Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> ' County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$95.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> B. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane <br /> (DBCP) and nitrates prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be taken and <br /> analyzed by a State-approved laboratory (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1115.7). <br /> t <br /> f C. The oil staining around the wellhead at the northeast well shall be cleaned up according to <br /> the findings noted in the surface and subsurface contamination report dated November 16, <br /> 2006. Submit document of proper disposal of oil-contaminated soil to the Environmental <br /> Health Department prior to recordation of Parcel Map. <br /> D. Construction of individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil <br /> Suitability findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> E. Construction of individual domestic water well under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-1115.3). <br /> I <br /> MR <br /> I <br />
