PA-1700075 (MS), S00011321 Page 2 of 2 <br /> 18626 E Copperopolis Rd., Linden Date: 5-1-2017 <br /> Continuation of Condition B: <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the onsite sewage standards of San <br /> Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the <br /> manual of septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment <br /> and disposal system is required for each parcel. A permit fee is required for each <br /> percolation hole. The review fee will be based on the current schedule at the time of <br /> payment. <br /> C. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane <br /> (DBCP) and nitrates with the results submitted to the Environmental Health Department <br /> prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be taken and analyzed by a State- <br /> approved laboratory (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.7). <br /> D. The designated remainder is non-buildable for living structures until the Environmental <br /> Health Department receives and approves a Soil Suitability Study showing the remainder is <br /> suitable for septic system usage including a percolation test. <br /> E. Construction of an individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil <br /> Suitability Study findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9- <br /> 1110.4). <br /> F. Construction of an individual domestic water well for Parcels 1 & 2 under permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development <br /> (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.3). <br />
