Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. The Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report dated April 2002 was submitted to the <br /> Environmental Health Department. Prior to recordation of Parcel Map, the final report shall <br /> be deemed acceptable to the Environmental Health Department <br /> B. A soil suitability study, as required by Section 9-1105.2 (d) of the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, indicating that the area is suitable for a septic tank system must be <br /> performed prior to recordation of Parcel Map. A review fee of$178.00 is required at time of <br /> submittal to the Environmental Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$89.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> NOTE: The existing Barn/Shop on proposed Parcel 91 has potentially 2 septic systems serving <br /> it. Prior to recordation of Parcel Map, physical and written evidence will need to be <br /> presented to the Environmental Health Department that the existing septic systems for <br /> that structure will meet the distance requirements to the proposed property lines. No <br /> permits were found for these systems in the Environmental Health Department files. <br /> F <br /> F C. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane <br /> (DBCP) and nitrates and submitted in a Soil Suitability or Nitrate Loading study prior to <br /> recordation of the Parcel Map.
